UPDATE: How will COVID-19 affect my order?
Please note due to COVID-19, we have increased heightened safety precautions for our team that may result in a longer processing and shipping timeline. Kindly note that our main shipping providers (including USPS and UPS) are experiencing delays on outbound processing, due to overall courier volume and backlog. Please expect delay on the overall shipping lead time, as well as the tracking update, with the above carriers. We appreciate your patience during these times and will work to get your order shipped as safely and quickly as possible!
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to process and ship all domestic orders within 2 business days of purchase. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekend and holidays, so orders placed on those days will ship the next business day.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update. You can read more about our shipping & return policies here.
How do I know what size to order?
In order to determine your best fit, please review our Size Chart. Our Customer Service team personally tries on everything, so we are happy to answer questions and help you pick a size. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are now offering shipping to Canada and Germany! Shipping options are flat rate and include delivery & duties prepaid, to make the process smoother.
*Please note we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred for a return will be deducted from the refund amount.* If you have questions about fit or size, please email us!

How do I request a return?
- We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. stains or stretch marks) will be rejected and returned to sender.
- Initiate your return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and item(s).
- Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
